At least 3 – 5 years experience. The candidate needs to have knowledge of all fabrics - knits and wovens. Knowing one's
products and market well, selecting suitable suppliers, negotiating prices and lead times, buying according to ethical and
quality criteria, tracking orders till the dispatch of the goods. Time and human resource management. Ability to react quickly
and effectively. Works well in a team. Have strong negotiation skills. Knowledge of international standards and exporting
requirements. Well spoken and written knowledge of English 

Job Title: Senior Pattern Maker

Job requirements: 
At least 5 – 10 years experience. The candidate needs to have knowledge of all pattern making requirements for woven and
knitted fashion. Ability to calculate fabric consumption accurately and cost of making. Works well in a team. Knowledge of
international standards in grading and measurements.

Job Title: Workshop Sewer

Job requirements:  At least 3 – 5 years experience. Ability to sew complex fashion apparel and according to international
export standards.  Garments will include all age groups from kids, men’s to women’s fashion apparel.
